Product Description Throttle Cable for MAX IV models with Briggs & Stratton Vanguard or Kohler Command engines, or MAX II models prior to serial #17978 with Tecumseh, Briggs & Stratton Vanguard, or Kohler Command engines that have the cable routed underneath the engine and coming up the rear of the engine up to the carburetor. Compatible with aluminum throttle lever base. Approx. 100″ long. If you have a MAX II prior to serial #17978 with a Briggs & Stratton Vanguard or Kohler Command engine, the original longer 100″ cable may have been replaced at some point with the shorter 61″ cable, in which case you should order the 61″ cable which routes to the front of the engine and carburetor. The part number for the shorter 61″ cable is 012066.
